My BLAZEK family came from the area of Veselie nad Moravou, Moravia, Czechoslovakia. My 3rd gGrandmother, Petronila BLAZEK (no dates) married Jan (John) HOSTYNEK (b. 1779). I have no other information on my BLAZEK line. If I find more once I get into my genealogy program, I will let you know.
