I've done a bit more looking at Habkowce, Lisko, Galicia. It's in a portion of Galicia that is considered to be Carpatho-Rusyn or Lemko territory.
That area is often lumped in with the rest of Ukraine, but the people who lived there consider themselves to be a separate group.
