Of the three OFB's under consideration, Josefow has the best coverage for the Ermel family and quite a bit on the Weisbrod, with that line also being traced back to Germany.
Unfortunately, none of the three contains Justine/Christina Weisbrod, though her parents, Daniel Weisbrod and Anna Schienbein show up with two children in all three books.
It would appear that Christina was born in Karolowka, which was a long distance from the parish center in Josefow. Often parents in the outlying villages would have their children baptized by the local Greek Catholic pastor, and perhaps later report the birth to the Lutheran pastor. Christina was born in the period covered by the Lutheran records, but apparently is not found in them.
Manfred Daum, who lives in Germany and is the one leading the effort to transcribe the old Lutheran parish records into a gigantic genealogy database, has been concentrating on the Lutheran parishes and other readily available records in Germany. But the Greek Catholic parish records of the Ukrainians and the Roman Catholic records of the Poles typically are held by either the church archives or the Ukrainian central archive in L'viv. The Family History Library has recently gained access to that archive and has begun digitally recording the old parish records. But it will be a while before much of it is available.
At this point you should be in pretty good shape for further research. Canada and the US are well covered and with the Josefow OFB you can continue back in Galicia and make the jump to Germany when you're ready.
