The best bet is to find out what parish(es) those towns belonged to. From there, you should be able to order the microfilm from your local FHC. Be advised, though, that those records only go up to 1874. I have been unable to find an answer about what happened to the civil registration records (which began in 1874). I have been unable to learn if any of the post-1874 records even still exist. One of the towns my family was from is now in Poland, while the other is now in Russia. I have read that many records were destroyed or seized in the towns that are now Russia, but that many that are now in Poland still exist at various archives. Good luck!
