Hi,
Do the records of Gurkow Standesamt still exist and if so, how do I obtain them? My great grandfathers marriage record shows information on his brith and reads 'Geburtsregister Nr. 41 des Standesamts in Gurkow'. This would be Gurkow (Gorki Noteckie), Kreis Friedeberg (Stzrelce Krajenskie), Neumark.
