Well, we have to be related somehow, the village is too small, but unfortunately none of your Skakun names are in my family tree. Do you happen to know who Tanasi's parents were? Or for that matter who Irena Ewasiuk's parents were? Did your family happen to settle in Edmonton area. My family has heard of an "uncle" Skakun who lived in the Edmonton area for years, but I have never been able to locate him.

My Skakun family goes: Maria, born to Myhaylo and Agafia Lukyan. Myhaylo, born to Andriy and Iryna Kluchok.

On my Forfelo side it goes: Dioniziy, born to Grygoriy and Maria Skakun. Grygoriy, born to Georgiy and Zoya Ivasiuk.

Zoya Ivasiuk, born to Grygoriy and Kateryna (last name not known).
