Would Horni Sucha in Moravia's region of CZ be a German speaking area in the 1800's?

My Wohlmans spoke German and in census reports they would say their origin was Austria or Germany.

I don't know if Horn Sucha is a good candidate. I was just taking that city name from someone's ancestory page they posted which mentioned Wohlman.
