On the 2nd of May in the parish church of St John of Nepomuk by me as above (=name of the priest was mentioned in some of the previous entries) priest of the said church baptised was Jan (Joannes) legitimate son of Viti Stadler from Wolfgrub (= German for Vlčí Jámy) and his wife Sophia (= in Czech Žofie), parents subject of dominion of Winterberg (= German for Vimperk).
His Godfathers were Pavel Jarouš and his wife Alžběta (this is only abreviated translation).
