have you tried to search in Lubovec GC church books? There were plenty of Skripko in Lubovec (Lubocz) and Ruske Peklany (Orosz Peklin), which is like 3-5 km from Sedlice.

I also have 3 or 4 Barbara Skripko in my tree, but most of them died in child age so I don't think they are those you're looking for.
