I am trying to research my wife's Heidrich family line.

Alvin (Albin?) Paul Heidrich was born in Gera on 1 Apr 1867. He married Marie Peters on 9 March 1885 (she was born 4 Sep 1864). He immigrated to Lavaca County, TX, approximately 1892 (Near Shiner). He died 17 Aug 1953 (coincidently, the exact date of my father's birth!).

Alvin/Albin's Father was apparently named August.
