As to tracing your ancestry in Einselthum, the Evangelisch-Reformierte church books from 1701-1928 have been microfilmed by the Family History Library and are available for rental and viewing at any Family History Center. If Einselthum is the correct place of origin for your family and if they were Protestant, you should be able to find several generations of ancestors in those records.
