Looking for any information for Lilly Herschbach who immigrated from Hamburg, Germany through Ellis Island in 1922. She was married to Ernst Anderson and lived in California. I believe she had a sister named Elizabeth. Her family is Jewish. She was born in the Rhineland Pfalz area around 1897. Her dad's name is Johann and I think he was born in Poland. She had three children, John Ritz Anderson, and twins, Esther and Ernie, who are still living. Esther is my Aunt Essie and I am doing research for her. Aunt Essie told me that her grandfather was a victim of the gas chambers in WWII, but don't know where and possible her mother was married to someone else when she immigrated from Germany.
