Henry Buhr born 1844 Loraine, France immigrated to U.S. 1849. his father was Henry C. Buhr born Fance in 1812. Believed to have left Germany for France.

I have Heye DeBuhr born 1 July 1852 in Nortmeer Leer Ostfriesland Germany, I think. Married Antje Andreessen 22 Aug 1874 in Colfax Iowa USA.

Lived in Grundy County IA.

I have a Hinrich Hinrichs Andreessen, April 5 1826, married to Dirtje Cornelius Janssen. Her mother is Antje Meinen DeBuhr, born Aug. 29, 1781. Also, a Trientje Meinen DeBuhr born Jan 5, 1831 and married to Jann Cornelius Janssen

I am sorry but I don't think we have any family members that aare related.

This is the earliest generation I have; and if you look at the names - it looks as if we DO have a connection.

I am sorry, I don't think we are connected. I only have 2 DeBuhr's, they are sisters who married brothers. If you have any Gronewold's or Aden's, I have info back to 1500's.

My reasoning was perhaps a little more like "hoping" that
my Antje Hinrichs Andrehsen b: 17 March 1858
who had a son named Cornelius
might be at least a niece to your
Hinrich Hinrichs Andreessen, April 5 1826,
married to Dirtje Cornelius Janssen.

I am hoping you will agree with me that this might be a possibility.

Do you have any siblings for Hinrich or Dirtje who might have produced my Antje Hinrichs Andrehsen b: 17 March 1858?
