My grandfather Friedrich Conrad Kleen came from Leer Ostfriesland, Germany around 1915-18 to Illinois and then to Monterrey, Mexico. I have a good family tree with information as back as 1600's

My Grandfather was Tschade Kleen from Aurich.
He lived in Norden in Ostfriesland.
One of his anchestors emigratet to the USA in the middle of the eighteenth century.

My grandfather came from somewhere around Oldenburg and
resided in Walburg and Burnet, Texas USA

Agnes had a brother named Charles who lived in California (Mill Valley) as early as 1896. Agnes traveled thru Ellis Island in 1905 with her nephew, Henry Waldmann. Henry was son of Charles.

Charles is said to have owned a jewelry store. There was another brother living in Johannesburg, SA who sent jewels to Charles.

Any more information would be very welcome!

My Kleen family relatives came to America in 1876 from Aurich Ostfriesland....near Leer.
My G. Grandfater was Ulfert G. Kleen
My Grandfather was Mimke Ulfert Kleen (he was 1 yr. at immigration time)
They homesteaded in Macon, Franklin Co., Nebraska
