I'm also seeking information on Casper Holzhausen and Christoph Holzhausen. Casper emigrated to America in the 1730s and Christoph aged 45 was a soldier sent to Quebec in the 1730s.

Also information on Carsten Holthuss who emigrated to england in the 1720s and established a sugar refinery in England

I am searching for information on Lee (Leopold) Holzhausen, who came to St. Louis Missouri around 1860's and married Mary Matt. They had three children, Edward, Ottlie, and William Lee. Edward was my grandfather. I hve very little family information other than Leopold was realted to a Charles Holzhausen, a grocer. Leopold was also a grocer in St. Louis. Charles has sevdral sons and one daughter.= Gerhardt, Charles A., Alfred, Gustav and Louisa.
Leopold may also have been related to Hermann, Henry, Rudolph and Louisa Holzhausen. Louisa and Hermann lived in Ellrich Germany. She was married to a Neubert.

I know this is a strech, but I have been researching a tree with a Mary Holthus born May 1874 in Illinois, her parents were John H. Ludwig Holthus, and Mary Klussmeier, (both parents born in Germany) She later moved to Nebraska, but some time in her life she married a Doctor with the last name Roh. I would love to be able to find this family back in Germany, but cannot find where to look in Germany.

Have you came across any Doctors in the Roh family in south east Nebraska
