Ruth, you have posted your query on this particular message board, which is the message board for people looking for information about people who were specifically from what was until 1918 the Austrian province of Bohemia (capital: Prague), which is today part of the Czech Republic. But you fail to mention what the Ausnehmer family's connection to Bohemia was. You mention only Mecklenburg in northern Germany. I don't think anyone here on the Bohemia board will be able to help you until you do explain just what the Bohemian connection was.

Robert: Yes, I realized my mistake afterwards. I'm new at this and was a bit too quick at posting the message on the same board where I had seen the name Ausnehmer. I'll be more careful in the futre.

Ruth, I would strongly suggest that you post your query again, but this time on the Germany Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Mecklenburg-West Pomerania) message board. If you post your query there, Fritz Kruse is sure to see it. He is a Mecklenburg expert and I am sure he would be able to help you.
