Surnames: Marotzke, Boetcher
My grandmother was Bertha Boetcher/Boettcher nee Marotzke, born April 1862 (where? good question - sometimes census shows Wisconsin, sometimes Illinois, sometimes Prussia). I MAY have a possible answer regarding to Carolina. Please email me at jacksobj@gmail.com. Thanks.
