Seeking information on my great-great grandfather and his family: Gottfried REISEWITZ, born approx. 1823 in Germany. Immigrated to United States in June 1854 aboard the ship "Nebraska" which sailed from Bremen to New York City. Family name sometimes spelled REISWITZ. In USA, name now appears as REISENWITZ.
