Hi,

I'm throwing myself on the mercy of anyone who can help in any way. I've about exhausted everything I can think of in regards to finding out more about this branch of my family in the U.S. I'm hoping there will be more information on them before they emigrated from Germany in 1865-1867. I don't speak (or read/write) German, and am not subscribed to the "World" membership on ancestry.com, for fear I won't be able to read anything anyway. Here is what I know, and if anyone can help me or even point me to where I might look next, I would be eternally grateful! (and willing to look up any american records you might need!)

I'm looking for August Schultz (b. 1810 in Germany), and married Wilhelmina Thaves (b. 4 Mar 1824 in Germany), though her maiden name may have been Tabes, Tufes, Teves or anything similar). Before they emigrated to the US, they had August (b. 1857) Adolph Adam (b. 1860) and Augusta (b. 1865). They then emigrated to America (possibly accompanied by Wilhelmina's mother, Justina (b. 1799). And settled first in Wisconsin and had Charles Albert (b. 1867) then Minnesota and had Wilhelmina (b.1869) and Robert Joseph (b. 1872), where I have them in the 1875 census in Two Rivers, Minnesota.

Please, if anyone can help, I'm desperate! Thanks,
Rachel
