i'm looking for information on an Egbert Decker born on November 19, 1940 in Germany, his address at one time was Maria Tann, (17b) Kirmack, Villengen Germany, he also went to Paris and married a French girl, he was a penpal with my mother Judith Wendt and a distant relative, that area is supposed to be where the Himlys are from, his mother was from the Stuttgart area as well, we have pictures and a postcard he sent her, she wonders what happened to him, if anyone knows please respond
