My great great grandfather and his family came from the posen, germany area. First his brother came to the U.S. then he did. My g-g grandfather's name is John (Johann) Sommerfeldt, but I would like to figure out his missing brother's name, and possibly even his parent's names, we have no idea what-so-ever what it is. All we know is that they both came from the same area, and most likely immigrated to about the same area around Green Lake County, Wisconsin. (I may be a little off.)
John married a Pauline (Yeske), also spelt Jeske and Geske. He was born in the 1840's. If you have any information on John's missing brother or anything else please respond!
