Am looking for information on Harfert's - mainly in Michigan, Colorado and possibly California. My husband's grandfather was a William (Wilhelm) Harfert, born in Germany in 1871 or 1873. He and his children all settled in Michigan. Another branch of the family settled in Colorado. I have not been able to make a connection, but I am certain one exists. Also looking for info on a Julius Harfert who recently passed away in Canada. Any and all hints would be most welcome - apparently there are lots of Harfert's out there!
