My Grandfather is Paul Hugo (could be Hector) Nieman. he was born in Hamburg, Germany October 14th, 1902. He left his home when he was 16. He has lived in Edmonton, Alberta, he has children who resided there. Also a sister named Elizabeth, who passed away a few years ago. My grandfather had moved to Fort Mcpherson, North West Territories, and then he moved to Old Crow, Yukon. From there he went farther North to Snag, Yukon where he met my grandmother. together they raised 8 children. they owned a trading post in Snag. If you know or have any info.
