Heinrich Rosenthal, born "Bremen" either April 1844 or January 1845 (1900 census and death certificate/obituary differ); emigrated to St. Louis circa 1861; worked as a stove moulder (cast iron stoves) at Excelsior Mfg. Co. Evangelisch (i.e. Church of the Prussian Union) in religion by the time he was 50, but family says this was influence of his wife Elizabeth nee Steinbrecher, b. Prussia.
A Herman Rosenthal, worked at the same company in the same profession, wife Minna, emigrated from Osterholz, Bremen area. Have not been able to document a connection.
Looking for origins of Heinrich Rosenthal.
