I am looking for a Peter and Heidi Cromer whose mother would have Elona Cromer. Please forgive my name spelling. My American father was stationed in Berlin in 1962-64 and supposedly married Elona and had two children. Elona was killed in an accident and kids were sent to her parents. Any idea how to go about finding these half-siblings?
