I found the following record on Ancestry's Wuerttemberg, Germany Emigration Index:

Robert Paul Friedrich Binder - Born: 16 August 1863, Birthplace: Neckarwestheim

I would like to see this birth record (assuming that it exists) and am willing to pay (within reason) if someone can send me a copy of the page with his church birth record from 16 August 1863.
