I would like any records of my GG-Grandmother "Thekla Wolf" born in Baden Germany (b. 1837 to 1840 Conflicting dates on census records) and her family. She settled in Burlington,Wisconsin.
I was told that her Mother was a Fox that married a Wolf, but I have no names for either of her parents, etc. I searched German websites and cannot find any "Fox" in the Baden area. If anyone else knows please help?
Her father's name may have been Joseph Wolf. I found an emigration record going into New Orleans on may 1 1855, but I am not sure if that is her family and her or not?
