On a recent visit to Germany, I learned that older generations are no longer buried in the local cemeteries. I had expected that I would be able to visit some graves of grandparents or great-grandparents. I was told that only the "current" generation is buried. Older generations are removed from the cemeteries due to space limitations. This situation was encountered in small villages in Baden-Wuertemberg. My question is: what is done with the bodies of the older generations? Anyone who can answer this question for me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jack Bowers
