Sandra,
It's been a few years since you posted this, and you may have already found what you are looking for. But just in case you haven't, I thought I'd give you this link:

http://actapublica.eu/hledej/?akce=zmenaarch&archiv=prah...

It's to the national archives in Prague. They have been putting digital images of their parish books (mostly Roman Catholic- and many people who were not necessarily practicing catholics are in them). The link is for a search of the online databases at the national archives. There are other archives you can get to from that site as well, but the national one holds the records for Prague and for the Central Bohemia region. The top box you enter a locality search name. typing "pra" will bring up a list of choices. Prague is also written Praha, Prahy, and Prazske. So pick Prazske from the list.

Some other terms you need to know:
narozeni- baptisms
oddani- marriages
zemreli-deaths

You will find this site helpful

and this page at the above site explains how to do the searches at the archives:

When you do your search, the results page will have several columns. If you want to know what they all mean, you can use an online translator. But the column on the far right is important in determining if the records are available online. If there is a box that you can enter a number in, then it is. The number in the column before it tells you how many pages there are and you can go to a specific page. If you click on the link (name of the title) on the left column it will tell you more about the record. It's a work in progress and not all of it is online yet. Many of the records I need are not yet.

If several towns are listed (obec means communities), they are usually in alphabetical order. In Prague it may be just Prague. I was looking in some towns to the west, and I have to hunt for the town in the record. With a handful of useful genealogy words, you'll be able to muddle through well enough I think. I just started yesterday and have learned alot.

Best wishes!
Susan
