I believe one of the relatives told me there was a man in Passaic NJ who helped people come over from that part of the world, and also helped my great-granfather, Demetrii Sevkanics. This last name was spelled so many different ways; I can't find him yet on Ellis Island. Did your grandfather come through Ellis Island?

My mother said her grandmother, Mary Lenko, came off the boat with her brother. I've called other Lenkos in PA, and no one knows of them. Haven't found her on Ellis Island either.
