I have not seen my mother, Hildegarde W. Zagler since 1972. I can not seem to find any way to get records of her marriage or anything else in Austria. That is where she lived and was born. I'm trying to find out anyting even if it's that she is deceased.

Can someone guide me in the right direction of how to look up this data? I'm very new to this and I also do not have a lot to go on as far as my mothers side of the family.

I thought there might be something on my dad, Joseph Edward Full, her husband since he was 20 years in the marines. But I only found their divorce record which were in the States in North Carolina.
