LDS has the microfilms of the duplicate roman-catholic church records of St. Peter am Hart near Braunau, covering 1819 till 1940. Have you checked these records for the birth entry of your ancestor? If you haven't, please go to the LDS site at http://www.familysearch.org/Search/searchcatalog.asp , enter Sanct Peter as the place name, and follow the leads to the numbers of the films for Sanct Peter (Braunau am Inn).

I am looking for any information anyone may have about my great-grandfather, Michael Donnermeier born August 5, 1867. He was born in the village of Sankt Peter near Braunau. We have been unable to find any record of his birth or any information about him before he emmigrated to America. Anyone who could help me in any way I really appreciate it.

My Gr Grandfather was John Donnermeyer, the eldest son of Mathias & Elizabeth Donnermeyer. Mathias and Elizabeth immigrated to the US with sons John and Michael in 1881, from Hungary. Omaha Nebraska 1900 Census says birthplace is Hungary, 1910 Census says Germany Birthplace and 1920 Census says Austrian birthplace. The Michael in my family lived in Omaha Nebraska and was unmarried in 1920, living at home with his widowed father and unmarried sisters. His older brother John died from lead poisening about 1903. Michael's WWI Draft Reg. states a birthdate of 15 July 1879. Please contact me if you think we have the same family.

write to the discesearchiv in Linz:
http://www.dioezese-linz.at/ordinariat/dioezesanarchiv/konta...
Matriken-list(list of the church-book-entries)shows:
church-book-entries in StPeterr am Hart for
births since 1660, mariagges and deaths since 1671

otherwise also write to the parishchurch directly:

following link says that StPeterr until 1879 belonged to Mauerkirchen-church. 1865 a burning destroyed also parts of the parish-archive there. so ask in any case at the parish-church StPeterr if they have your ancestor in their files.
