Felix HARRIGAN, was born in St Croix about June 25, 1897 his Father name Christain Harrigan Mother Amanda THOMAS. It was told to us that he left the Island arond the age of 10. At the age of 14 he put his age up and joined the Merchant Marines and landed in Philadelphia in 1907. I know the dates are a mass, but that all I have to go on! Help ! ! !
