Any help on where I could possibly find this information? Specifically I am looking at the early 1800-1860. I have the names of those in my family tree, but for one branch I know they were from Guineas and so must have been slaves...but the 1872 register is missing the District that I know they would be in (Toa Baja). Maybe there is a record of sale from the ships, cargo lists, etc? There should very well be more Slave Registries from earlier years as well...

I just don't know where to look to find the information. The names I've listed are those I believe to be the surnames from this particular point in history. Help Please :)
