My father, Ramon Delgado Ramos, was born in Caguas PR on May 3, 1902. His father was Marcos Delgado and his mother was Susana Ramos.

I would like to find out more about Marcos Delgado and his parents who resided in Caguas around the 1840's (I think).
I am interested in his Marco's profession, education, siblings, hobbies, and affiliations.

Have you looked at the 1910 Caguas Census? If your grandmother was living in Caguas then, you will find her in the census. It gives you a lot of information. Also can you remember in which "barrio" was she living in? This makes the search easier.

I am reserching the name of Maria Louisa Delgaro. born in the 1800's parents unknown. She married Edward Heyliger in Mayaguez in the middle 1800's. Any information would be appreciated.

My grandmother's name is Lorenza Aminda Ramos Born in Bairoa, Caguas, PR -1924. She had sisters named Alicia Ramos (b-1922), Gladys Ramos (b-1923), Modesta Ramos (b-1925), and a brother Named Marcos Ramos (b-1926) and Juan Ramos (b-1929). Their mothers name was Salinas Alejandro b-1895 abt. and their father was Santiago Ramos b-1890 abt. They were born and raised in Caguas, the entire ramos generation. Your names seem similar to mine, although the dates are off. Could be ancestors to my descendants maybe??

My Abuela was born Dec 6, 1924 (or 1923) . She died from breast cancer in 1974. I was only six yrs old. She was born and raised in PR. She lived near 12th street in Manhattan, after coming to NYC in 1950 abt. Ismael Betancourt- was the father of my dad.
