I am looking for many decades, data of one of my ancestors, to be exact Dorus Martinus Ras, born on December 10, 1821 on Curacao. The putative parents of Dorus Martinus Ras are Jan Hendrik Ras and Isabella Casseron (or Casferon or Casseres) I tried to contact the archive on Curacao but unfortunately that never succeeded. I've bin several times in the State Archives in The Hague but they only had information from 1831. I hope someone could help me further.
