Hello, sorry for the delay in replying. The information I have about William Storey and his time on Curacao came from the monthly returns 'Return of Officers - Curacao' WO25/ 706 at Kew. William was the senior medical officer between 1810 and 1816 and so was named each month that he was on the island. As for the Gazette entry, this was found by chance in the Jamaica Royal Gazette; I have yet to locate any Curacao Gazette in the UK, which is a great shame. I hope that is of some help. There is also the National Army Museum in London but I have yet to see what they have in their archives.
Regards, Helen
