I am searching for information about my grandfather Eloy Ruiz (born abt 1900), in Aruba and whose parents were Espiridion Ruiz and Evangeline Fanfer, or Van der Veer, or Van Veer, I am not sure which.

He married Carmen Pagan Mundo in Puerto Rico and fathered several children with her, but he likely also fathered others in other places, including Aruba.
