Ronald Laws had a sister named Elsie. Elsie died in a nursing home here in Canada, specifically in Fort Erie, perhaps about 10 - 15 years ago. My father says that when he was a little boy (this would be in the 1930s), Ronald Laws was a middle aged man, perhaps in his 40s or 50s.
