I'm trying to find my great grandmother's family. Her name was Cecelia Munroe. I know very little about her. She married my great grandfather Joseph Henderson. They lived in York and Spring Garden and had 7 children together.

I would love to hear from anyone working on Monroe/Munroe family trees in the area.

Archibald Graham, St. Thomas East parish, Jamaica

Archibald Graham was the owner of "Island Head" Plantation in St. Thomas East parish around 1790-1827. One of my ancestors, Peter McLaren (born in Callander Perthshire in 1780) worked for him from around 1794 until early 1800s. I would like to find out more about Archibald Graham's background and whether he was one of the Grahams of Port of Monteith parish (Perthshire Scotland) and I would also be interested in any more info. re Peter's time in Jamaica.
