In my previous posting, I mentioned Emilio Puig (b. 1838) and Victor Malga (b. 1830) in Spain. These men were in Charleston, SC, in 1860, living in the same household. In the household is Malga's wife Frances, born in Cuba 1835, and Joseph Peleot, born in Cuba 1840?. Frances (Francisca) is thought to be the sister of William Perot Hall (also born in Cuba) in 1825. I am trying to find the history of the Hall family and the connections with the Malgas and Puigs.
