HELIODORO LLAURO, 81, of Baltic Street, South Attleboro, a former security guard and warehouse worker, died Wednesday in Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

He was the husband of Elba E. (Cobiella) Llauro. They had been married for 33 years. Born in Havana, Cuba, on Feb. 14, 1923, a son of the late Antonio and Maria (Ciso) Llauro, he immigrated to Miami 33 years ago, and lived in Attleboro for 4 years.

While in Miami, he had worked as a security guard for Miami Jai-Lai, and as a warehouse worker for UPS.

He was a member of the Grand Lodge of Masons in Cuba, and a communicant of St. Theresa Church, South Attleboro.

Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Jose Zunigas in Florida and Alejo Suarez of Attleboro; two daughters, Gloria Llauro in Cuba and Teda Llauro of North Bergen, N.J.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, Baltic and Washington streets, South Attleboro.
