Friday, October 1st, 2004 - MORALES, EMERITA - Emerita Morales, of Tarrytown, died on September 29, 2004. She was 98. Mrs. Morales was born on December 12, 1905 to Santiago and Maria Enriquez Silverio in Cuba. She married Jose Morales, who predeceased her in 1982. She is survived by her three children: Nancy Marin and Neysi Gonzalez both of Tarrytown as well as Eldon Morales of Yonkers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Sergio and Gisela Marin, Roy Gonzalez, Nydia, Nohely, Noemi and Eldon Jr. Morales as well as four great-grandchildren: Jessica Santos, Tyler and Dylan Marin and Nolan Gonzalez. She is also survived by her sister, Domitila Quesada of California. Her Wake will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Friday at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME INC. in Tarrytown. Her Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Saturday at St. Teresa of Avila Church in Sleepy Hollow. Her interment will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
