My maternal grandmother Josefa MENENDEZ RAVELO, CUBA who married Carlos Manuel RUFFIN BANNATYNE on March 10, 1910: the other children were Concepcion (Concha) MENENDEZ RAVELO who married Bienvenido GOMEZ; Maria MENENDEZ RAVELO b.1880 d.1974 married in 1899 Marco MARTINEZ; Juana MENENDEZ RAVELO who married Rodolfo GARCIA; (Manengo) MENENDEZ RAVELO and another child whose name is unknown.

When was he alive? Do you know his wife's name? His occupation? There is this a R Menenendez in my bunch of names... may be something matches.
