I spoke to my father Jose Sabatier, he seems to believe that Ramon was my great grandfather's brother. My great grandfather's name was Manuel Sabatier, he was married to Antonia Prieto (my great grandmother who i assume was also from Las Martinas). Anyway,that would make your grandfather Ramon my grandfather's (Pedro-everyone called him Honorio)uncle, and your father (Eladio) and my grandfather first cousins. I, like yourself, have lost contact with many of the Sabatier's in Miami. I actually was born and live in Jacksonville, FL. I can not recall meeting your parents, but who knows? I don't doubt that I may have met them at some point. In any case do you know if your grandfather had a brother named Manuel? I am not sure if my great grandfather had any other brothers or sisters, I need to ask my father. I also need to look at my grandfather's birth certificate, it has his grandparents' names on it that should help us get the names of at least one more generation. I would like to hear what you know.
