Ok...I found Rafael Milanes de Cespedes in two places. On the mormon website and on the cuban genealogy center. My surname is also Milanes (one of them) and what I found is the following:
Rafael Milanes de Cespedes was killed in the 10 yr war in Cuba. His parents are Ursula Teresa de Cespedes and Juan or Jose (sometimes either are use) Antonio Milanes. They were married in 1822 (approx) and had three boys. One of which is Rafael Milanes de Cespedes. However, I have a different name for his wife...I found Francisca Valde Ospina. Don't know if that is right or not.
His brothers are: Jorge Carlos Milanes de Cespedes and Luis milanes de Cespedes.
Jorge married Carmen Figueredo Tellez. So far I found they had one son Jorge Milanes Figueredo. That's where I am. If you have further information, please contact me directly.
