I ythink that youare one and the same that I was trying to get in touch with about the Leteff- Villnuerve family. My father was Wilton Louis Sr.We live in Baker when I was very young.
My mother is marie Clement Villinurve and I have had no luck what so ever of tracing her family tree. She is currently 86 years of age and I understand her mother was Adela Lambert.
Are there any connections here.

Thanks

I will try to contact Richard soon where he works at (I'm sure he's still working there) and try to find out what I can for you. There is also two sisters if I can remember. Theresa andI can't remember the other's name. I'm sorry. I know alittle about Leroy. Contact me at my email address and I will contact Richard to see if I can get any info. Also who is your mother? Richards might ask. I hope I can be of some assistance to you. My mom's mother, my grandmother was Pino from Belen, New Mexico. Gregoria Pino married Samuel Melton. Hello,
I, too, have heard that the Pino's came to the US from the Canary Island through Cuba. That is about all I know. I grew up in Alabama, but my father is from Tampa. I would like to get in contact with other Pino's out there.

I am a descendant of Pinos who came from the Canary Islands to Cuba. I don't know exactly when that migration took place but I believe the ancestor who came over to Cuba was Vicente Pino. I don't have any further details on him, only know the name of his son who was my great-grandfather.

Cheers,
Raul

My grandparents were Virgilio and Isabella Vega Pino. It is my understanding that they came to Tampa from Cuba in the early 1900s. There are several stories, one of which is that my grandmother was from nobility and that my grandfather was a commoner who grew tobacco; one of the stories is that she followed him to Cuba from the Canary Islands. Nothing has been confirmed.

Hello,

My name is Lee Pino. Did your branch come through Cuba? My grandparents came to Tampa from Cuba in the early 1900s. Their names were Virgilio and Isabella Vega Pino. I do not know anything else about the family other than that. Do you have any information on that line? My father, who passed away on Oct. 1, 2003, was born in Tampa. He has two sisters who still live in Tampa, but other than a few immediate cousins, I do not know anything about the Pino family.

If you know of anything about my grandparents, I certainly would appreciate the information! Thanks.
