I am interested in finding information on my uncle, Alpheus
Barton, who was born in Jamaica WI on or abt. 1890-93. He was born in Albion Mt. Port Maria, Parish of St. Mary. His mother's name was Leanora Panton. She had two other sons:
Theophilius, & Ivy Barton who remained in Jamaica. Alpheus
left Jamaica abt. 1925-35 to work in Cuba. He was a merchant taylor by profession and to my knowledge he worked
at it for his livelyhood. I don't know if he ever married
or had any offsprings. If anyone knows of any of his Cuban descendants, I would appreciate hearing from you via e-mail.
