While I was visiting St. John last summer, someone mentioned that there was a man by the name of Dr. Sprauve who was a professor at the University of the Virgin Islands. This person said that Dr. Sprauve was a local historian. Perhaps he has some information.I was also told that he has a daughter, but I don't recall what her name was.
