Seeking any information on the my husband's great grandfather, William Alfred Adams, born 30 Sep 1866 in the British West Indies of parents born in the British West Indies. Not sure which island because he only reported the birthplaces as the British West Indies. The family story is that went to Turk's Island from Bermuda prior to immigrating to NYC about 1883/4. He married Ellen Louise HUMBERT about 1896 in Brooklyn, NY and had one child, William Humbert Adams, b. 1897 in Brooklyn NY.

Two sisters, probably younger, were in Bermuda in the 1950s, Ophelia and Lillian. Seeking any information on parents or other siblings.
